Letitia Blake is a specialist in Reality Based Learning which she has offered through courses with the More to Life Programme for over 20 years. She coaches in leadership skills and trains in confidence-building, motivation, and relationships. Over the years she has worked with hundreds of clients from a wide range of disciplines. Letitia’s early career was in language teaching, followed by over ten years managing the London More to Life Centre. She is an Oxford graduate in Italian and French, and her vision is to use her fluency in languages to work throughout Europe.
Laura Drysdale is a specialist in the cultural and heritage sector. Her focus is working with organisations to address current difficulties and plan for the future in a realistic, practical way so that they can make progress towards their goals. Originally a textile conservator at the Victoria and Albert Museum, Laura ran a preventive conservation consultancy before moving to English Heritage as Head of Collections Conservation. She was on the senior management team of The Museums and Galleries Commission with overall responsibility for standards, environmental management, conservation, training and cultural property. Her papers on the relationship between people and museum objects are frequently cited in professional literature. Laura trained in group and individual psychodynamics from the Institute of Group Analysis at the Tavistock Centre, and has an MA in Arts Management from City University.
Audrey Elder is a specialist in relationships coaching and training. She is passionate about the ongoing development of others, tenacious in getting the job done, and excellent in people and operational management. Originally qualified in finance, Audrey worked as Operations Manager for the Financial Services Authority. She has coached people at every level and in many aspects of their daily lives: from their physical well-being to their behavioural and psychological welfare, and in areas as diverse as finance, authorship, and departmental reorganization. Audrey is as familiar with the implementation of new standards and structures as she is with the introduction of different staff in industries undergoing the stresses of major change. She has won recognized industry accreditation for her work in the process.
Louise Smith is a specialist in leadership development. She works with leaders whose goals are to create radical and effective change. She listens deeply to what people truly want for themselves and the world, and enables them to implement answers to the question: Yes, but how? Originally working as a teacher and teacher trainer in the UK and Italy, Louise moved into the museum and heritage sector as a Director of Information Systems at English Heritage, and then as Director of the Museum Documentation Assocation. She was the co-creator of the 24 Hour Museum and the European Museums Information Institute. She regularly advised the Department of Culture, Media and Sport. Louise has a first degree in English, and an MSc in Information Systems Design. She is a qualified coach from the School of Coaching and from the Kairos Foundation, as well as being a qualified mentor, teacher and teacher trainer. She trains regularly for the More to Life programme.
