How we work with you

Coaching

Our one to one coaching is goal-focused and confidential. The needs of our clients are paramount, and we ensure that our work allows them to identify clearly what it is they are shooting for. We enable individuals to tap into their creative energy so that they fully experience the process of creating results, as well as the benefits of the results themselves. If there are blocks to them doing this we address these, and together find ways to surmount them.

Facilitation

We facilitate groups in a variety of contexts, including Team Visioning, Leadership Away Days, Management Groups and Board Meetings. We partner our clients so that everyone involved freely makes their respective contribution and is heard by the rest of the group. In this way issues and next steps are clearly understood and jointly owned by all.

Training

The training we provide is tailor-made to suit our clients, and is particularly beneficial when there is a corporate need across the organisation. Areas include: confidence at work; successful working relationships with colleagues, clients and customers; creating results and hitting targets. In all courses participants are provided with practical tools to continue building on their learning after the course is complete.
